An accurate, up to date Streetlighting inventory is essential to minimise the possibility of multiple data handling or duplicated repairs resulting from sequential fault reports. Steanne are pleased to be members of the Institution of Lighting Professionals (ILP) and our contacts within the lighting industry have resulted in the development of a fully integrated Lighting Management System with functionality initiated from the UK Roads Liaison Group Well-Lit Highways code of practice and TR22 requirements.
All Geoworks7 Street Lighting systems are regularly updated for any industry changes such as Elexon Charge Code updates, ensuring that the correct charge codes for each asset are generated automatically. An Energy Report for large numbers of assets may be generated in a few moments, highlighting any invalid charge codes found with a link to the relevant item, making any necessary data corrections a quick and easy process.
The Electrical Testing module enables on-site electrical test results to be recorded using a mobile device, with the data being stored against the appropriate asset and test results displayed in NICEIC approved format.
Remote Monitoring devices are now widely used for managing Street Lighting energy consumption, enabling lamps (either individually or in groups) to be remotely monitored and controlled. Geoworks7 has been installed in several such locations where both WiMac (Harvard) and Philips (City Touch) systems are used.
