At Steanne Solutions we have a dedicated support team that is committed to providing the highest quality of service to our customers. All our staff are based in our Hyde office (no outsourced resources) and telephone calls are answered promptly; we don’t use automated telephone messaging systems because should you have an issue, we understand how important it is for you to be able to speak to someone straightaway.
Urgent issues are addressed immediately and resolved on the same day whenever possible. All issues requiring further investigation are prioritised and logged with reference numbers allocated for use in any subsequent communication until each issue is closed.
