Document Manager

The Geoworks7 Document Manager supports the addition of photographic records, technical specifications, accident data, risk assessments, method statements and any other relevant information. These documents may be retained in any format that is supported on the user PC and may be viewed, printed or emailed as required. Any photographs taken using a built in camera on a mobile device will be attached to the appropriate asset or job for retrieval at a later stage.

Risk Assessments, Method Statements, site diagrams and Health & Safety information may be sent to the mobile device with each job, with mandatory checklists for completion before any works are undertaken if this is required.
Documents and photos may be transmitted to and from a GeoMobile enabled mobile device at any time, thus enabling an office based engineer to provide a second opinion on an on-site problem while the technician is still at the location.
